A fully hands-on two hour class where participants learn how to make fresh Italian pasta from scratch.
Students will roll the dough, shape ravioli, and discover traditional techniques used in Italian kitchens.
The class ends with tasting the freshly made ravioli, enjoying the results of a true hands on experience.
Each participant will receive a printed recipe packet with a full ingredient list and step by step instructions to recreate the recipe at home.
