Every Tuesday evening, our kitchen at Milano Italian Market turns into a cozy Italian home — filled with the aromas, flavors, and spirit of true Italian cooking.
Led by Chef Sofia, born and raised in Italy, these small-group, hands-on classes let you explore the art of authentic Italian cuisine right here in Charlotte. You’ll learn to prepare traditional favorites like fresh pasta, lasagna, ravioli, or risotto — always using simple, genuine ingredients and time-honored techniques.
Each class begins with a delicious Italian aperitivo, followed by two hours of cooking, tasting, and sharing stories around the table. With only six participants per class, you’ll enjoy a relaxed and personal experience that feels just like cooking at home in Italy.
