Description
Caffè espresso ‘Doge Rosso’ is a blend composed of 100% Arabica beans from Brasil, Colombia, Guatemala and India. Each cultivar is roasted separately, and is then “cold-blended” as dictated by the Venetian tradition. Each origin is able to be traced back to the specific plantation or cooperative where the beans were grown.
