Description

The perfect combination of the fresh notes of cucumber and the pungent ones of ginger creates a delicate gin made extraordinary by the infusion of the flowers of clitoria ternarea that give an incredible blue color. (the blue infusion becomes purple when in contact with acidic liquids).

For mixing 700 ml of gin

Fill the bottle with 700 ml of gin, vodka or another light grappa. Leave everything to infuse for a night or better a whole day. Filter and consume as is or as a base for a cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

Juniper berries, pieces of dehydrated cucumber (23.5%), ginger fragments (17.5%), flowers of clitoria ternarea.
