Description

A unique pleasure, these mild and sweet Taggiasca olives are suspended in extra virgin monocultivar Taggiasca olive oil. The taggiasca olive creates a buttery, light oil that is famous for its delicacy and simplicity. The olives are grown and pressed in Liguria by the Anfosso family, who have been making quintissential Ligurian products using traditional methods of cultivation and production for centuries.

Since 1945 our firm has been producing extra virgin olive oil following the West Ligurian tradition. Among our olive oils, all high-quality, stand out in particular: the extra virgin olive oil “D.O.P. Riviera Ligure-Riviera dei Fiori” and the extra virgin olive oil “Monocultivar Taggiasca”, which stay alongside the more traditional extra virgin olive oil Tumaì and the olive oil. During the years, without changing the productive process, we have widened the technical structures and the operative spaces for the production of oil and food preserves to satisfy all the needs of our customers that are principally made of specialized shops, wine bars, gastronomy shops and medium/ high level restaurants. We also produce and bottle extra virgin olive oil for important firms of the international market.
